Once your returned item is received, we'll issue a full refund. Remember, please notify Shaadybags via shaadybags@gmail.com BEFORE returning any items in order to obtain RETURN AUTHORIZATION from Shaadybags and the accompanying pre-paid return shipping label. Otherwise, returned items that DO NOT have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION will not be refunded, and the item will be shipped back to the prospective buyer.
